Overall had very good stay on vacation. The location was incredibly comfortable and easy - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was brand-new, fully-equipped with a lovely bedroom. The view was wonderful, the bed was comfy.

The hotel is luxurious and fairly clean, has marvellous views over the lake. It offers good value for money rooms, and has highly professional staff from the security guard.

Location: the hotel was short walk to outlet mall and shopping center and a restaurant down the street and movie theatre. Café Bubble & co Tea Bar located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. The room was brand-new and reasonably large, we had a fridge, an oven and a washing machine.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic value for money, with clean and well-equipped rooms, including a full kitchen. The location was perfect, within walking distance of shops, attractions, and restaurants. The staff treated us with courtesy and professionalism throughout our stay.

We had a view of Universal from our window and could see the 'Volcano' smoking. The pool is big, clean and not too full for the size of the hotel. The washing machine in the apartment was very pleasant and we always had enough washing powder available. . For the coffee machine there was new coffee powder every day.

We had a wonderful time at Westgate Palace Resort! The location was fantastic, just a short distance from Universal Studios and Volcano Bay. Our 2BD Deluxe room felt like a cozy apartment, with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated having a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. It made our stay comfortable and convenient.

We believe that having a timeshare can be beneficial if it suits your needs. Although it didn't work out for us at the moment, we still had a great experience at Westgate Palace Resort.
